Account Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Account Manager to join our growing team to be responsible for a number of mid-high level accounts. You will play a crucial role in driving the continued growth and success of our organisation. This role is at the forefront of our business with responsibility for driving the success of TQUK through managing existing partnerships and exceeding growth targets within your designated portfolio. This role is cross-functional, working internally with a number of teams to ensure the entire customer experience is exceptional and creates long-lasting partnerships. The role is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in business development and a passion for driving results. You will be comfortable in conversing with customers and partners from a range of backgrounds, and sectors and with different interests and motivations, predominantly at the C-Level and Executive levels.

Assessment Developer (Design)
The Assessment Developer is a key role in ensuring the above. As an Assessment Developer you will be responsible for the design and successful approval of new assessments/qualifications. Utilising your assessment knowledge and working with internal and external stakeholders, you will design assessments that are valid, reliable, accessible, and industry leading. Additionally, you will support the Assessment Developer Lead/Assessment Manager in overseeing development of assessment strategies and responding to feedback from Ofqual on new approvals.

Assessment Developer (Production)
The qualifications that we offer and the assessments that we design and deliver are the core of what we do. It is important that we are constantly delivering world-class service to our learners and Apprentices to ensure that assessments are valid and as stress-free as possible. The Assessment Developer is a key role in ensuring the above. As an Assessment Developer you will be responsible for the production, maintenance and delivery of assessments for our qualifications. Utilising your assessment knowledge and working with internal and external stakeholders, you will produce assessments that are valid, reliable and industry leading. Additionally, you will support the Assessment Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensure that Centres, learners and staff have an efficient assessment delivery experience.

Early Years & Education End-Point Assessor
The role of an Apprenticeship End-Point Assessor is to provide independent, fair, reliable, and consistent assessment services to Training Qualifications UK customers working with Apprenticeship Standards. End-Point Assessors are required to use assessment experience with robust and relevant industry knowledge to form judgements and grading decisions upon the completion of a variety of assessment activities, which test the apprentices’ occupational competency.

Early Years End-Point Assessor
This role requires someone who is flexible in their approach to all tasks, with the independence to travel as and when the business requires. Also has exceptional assessment abilities coupled with the ability to act with integrity and impartiality. The successful post holder will not only be responsible for delivering an agreed caseload of End-Point Assessments, but will also undertake internal quality assurance based tasks and support with the delivery of training and support to external customers. The sector’s that fall within this role to be assessed are; • Early Years Practitioner Level 2 • Early Years Educator Level 3.

External Quality Assurance Officer
On a daily basis, our External Quality Assurance Officers (EQA) will make judgements regarding the suitability of actions taken by our centres. They will provide advice and support to our centres about the processes and requirements for becoming, and staying, approved with us.

Freelance: Subject Matter Expert ESOL
Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) is looking for skilled and knowledgeable subject matter experts to help design and develop high-quality sample assessments for ESOL Entry Levels 1, 2 and 3 and Levels 1 and 2. Working closely with our Assessment Design team, you’ll help ensure our qualifications are accessible, engaging, and aligned with regulatory standards.

Functional Skills Principal Examiner (English)
The Principal Examiner plays a pivotal role in ensuring the validity, reliability, and fairness of TQUK's Functional Skills English assessments. This includes developing assessment materials, leading standardisation processes, and maintaining consistent marking standards across all levels from Entry Level 1 to Level 2.
